Beaver Sleepover November 2024

Our Beaver Colonies came together at the end of November for a combined sleepover in tents in the hut. The Beavers made, cooked and ate dampers (dough twists), took part in loads of games and activities and even found time to go on a night walk.They also gained their experiment badges while doing lots of interesting science experiments and hosted members of the Mortlake Community Association to tea and board games which was a very successful inter-generational event. I am sure they slept well – just looking at the photos makes me feel tired!

We also awarded four Beavers with their Chief Scout’s Bronze Awards for completing all the challenge awards and at least four activity badges. Congratulations – well done Beavers!
