Review of the Year and AGM (All Sections)

Our Annual Review of the Year and AGM will take place on Tuesday 21st June at 7.15pm in the Scout Hut. We are very happy to be back in the hut after all the disruption of the last couple of years but have also provided a Zoom link for those members who can’t make it to the hut in person.

As usual, the Beaver, Cub and Scout Sections and the Explorer Unit will speak about their highlights from the last year. We will then hold the AGM followed by some drinks and nibbles!

Please confirm whether or not you will be able to attend by clicking on the normal OSM link. A No is as good as a Yes! This will save OSM sending further requests to you and also enable us to plan the drinks and nibbles. The Agenda and the Minutes from last year’s AGM can be found on the OneDrive link circulated with the invitation. We will upload the Financial Reports for 2021/22 when finalised and these will be presented at the meeting.

We look forward to seeing as many of you as possible on 21st.
